Terms
The terms, in the same plain words as everything else
Last updated 9 September 2026
The short version. You register, we switch your shop on, and you write your books in it. We host them and keep them backed up; you keep your password to yourself. A licence that lapses shuts the books — it never deletes them.
1. Who you are dealing with
KrushiSoft supplies DRIP by KrushiSoft, software for drip and sprinkler irrigation dealers: quotations, the scheme registers, the stock book and the farmer subsidy files. This website is its web edition. Registering an account or using it means these terms apply.
2. What the subscription is
A non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DRIP on the shops named on your account, for as long as those shops are active. Registering is not buying: a new shop opens pending, we look at it, and we switch it on. Each additional counter is a shop of its own and is licensed separately.
What it does not allow: reselling access, renting it out, sharing a sign-in with another business, or passing an account to another business without our agreement in writing.
3. Prices
This website publishes no figures. What you pay is the figure on your quote — fixed, with GST stated separately, and set by how many shops you run and what you asked us to change. The quote is the agreement; this website is not.
4. What is included
The application as you see it, hosted and kept up to date, your existing rate card imported into your setup, and training for whoever writes the quotations. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm IST, by phone and WhatsApp. Updates arrive when you reload — there is nothing for you to install.
5. Customisation work
Changes are quoted separately, at a fixed price and a fixed date agreed in writing before work starts. You see the change working on your own shop before you accept it. If it does not do what was agreed, we fix it — that is part of the quoted price, not an extra.
6. Your books, and where they live
What you write in DRIP is yours. We hold it on our own database, keep it backed up, and are responsible for that copy — which is the difference between this and the installed edition, where the file is on your machine and the backup is your side of the deal. What is your side here is your password and who you give it to: anything done through your sign-in is done as you. Ask us for an export of your own books and you will get one.
7. Keeping it running
We fix defects at no extra charge while the subscription runs, and we aim to keep the application available in shop hours. What we cannot promise is your internet connection, your browser, or the platforms this is served from. If any of them stops you working, tell us — the government forms and the register arithmetic are the same as the installed edition, and there is always a way to keep going.
8. Limits
The software is supplied as it is described on this site and in your quote. Beyond that we make no other warranty. If something does go wrong and it is our fault, what we are liable for is capped at the fee you paid for the period in which it went wrong. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, or a subsidy claim refused for a reason outside the software.
9. Refunds
If the application will not work for your shop and we cannot make it work, you get the unused part of what you paid back. Tell us your doubts while we are setting you up, not a season later, and we will keep working until they are settled.
10. Ending it, and what happens to your books
You can stop whenever you like. A shop whose subscription ends is suspended, not emptied: every quotation, register and folder stays exactly where it is, because the department may ask for them years later, and switching the shop back on brings all of it back. We suspend a shop only for non-payment or for a breach of section 2, and we will always ask first. Ask us to delete an account and we will — see the privacy page.
11. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Before anyone goes near a court, phone us — almost everything is a misunderstanding that a conversation fixes.
