What we know about you, and what we do with it
Last updated 6 October 2026
The short version. This site is one application — DRIP by KrushiSoft — and it knows what you type into it: your account, your shops, and the quotations, registers and farmer files you write. Nothing is inferred, nothing is bought in, we run no advertising trackers, and we sell nothing to anyone.
1. Who this covers
This page covers krushisoft.in, which is the web edition of DRIP by KrushiSoft. The installed desktop applications keep their database on your own machine rather than here — section 7 says what they do and do not send, including the one report the desktop DRIP and UNIVERSAL make to us.
2. What your account collects
Creating an account stores your name, email address, mobile number and business name. Your password is never stored — only an irreversible hash of it, computed inside our own database, so even we cannot read it back. Signing in as an administrator, or with two-step turned on, also stores a short-lived hash of the emailed code and a count of the attempts against it; the code itself is never written to a log.
3. What your shop’s books hold
Everything you write in DRIP: the shop’s own particulars — name, address, GSTIN, telephone, email and logo — and the work filed under it, which is your quotations, the परिशिष्ट 5क and 5ड registers, and each farmer’s subsidy file with the personal details those government forms ask for. It is stored against the shop it was written in and nothing reads across from one shop to another.
4. Why we hold it
Because it is your working record and you asked us to keep it. A quotation has to be there next season when the department asks for it, and a register has to be there at an inspection years later. We also hold the account details so that a licence can be set up and a shop switched on.
5. Who can see it
- You, and anybody you have on your own account. Which shops an account may open is checked in the database on every single request, not by hiding a screen — one dealer cannot reach another dealer’s books by editing an address or a request.
- The KrushiSoft team — a named, small list of administrators — for what a licence needs: your account details, your shops and how much work is filed under each. The same rule is enforced by the database rather than by the console.
- Supabase, which hosts the database, Brevo, which delivers the sign-in and password codes, Google Analytics, which counts visits, and Cloudflare, which serves this site. All act as processors and none of them uses your data for its own purposes.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share any of it, and we pass nothing to advertisers or data brokers.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and shows no adverts. It does use Google Analytics, which sets a cookie and tells us how many people visited and roughly which region they came from — never who they are, and never anything you typed into the application. Turning it off in your browser costs you nothing here.
Your light or dark preference, and the language you picked, are kept in your own browser's local storage rather than sent anywhere. When you sign in, a sign-in token is kept the same way so you are not asked for the password on every page — clearing your browser data removes it and signs you out. Nothing else about you is kept in the browser.
7. The desktop software
The installed editions of KrushiSoft keep their entire database in a file in your own user folder. They work with the internet off, have no cloud account, and do not send your sales, customers, stock, prices, quotations or farmer files to us or to anyone else. The desktop DRIP and UNIVERSAL, whenever they are online, report their installation to us so we know where our software is installed and can support it: the Install ID, the owner’s name, username, email and mobile, each shop’s name, mobile, address and GSTIN from Shop Details (and, for UNIVERSAL, the type of business it was set up as), the version it runs and its licence state. Two other things can leave the machine, and only if you switch them on and only through accounts of your own: a WhatsApp message you press send on, and a password reset code sent through your own Brevo account. Neither passes through us.
8. How long we keep it
For as long as the account is open. A shop whose licence has lapsed keeps every quotation and every folder exactly where it is — a licence ending is not a customer going away, and the books may be asked for at an inspection long afterwards. Ask us to delete an account and we will, unless we are required to keep an invoice for tax purposes, in which case the invoice stays and the rest goes.
9. What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction to it, or its deletion. Write to info.krushisoft@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will act on it. Your own account details and your shops are already on the account page.
10. Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no version of this page that quietly says more than it did last month.
